I'm locked out of the programming sections.

Press the SELECT key until the Display Temperatures LED is lit. You should see the words - all settings locked - on the display. Press the Decrease and Increase buttons AT THE SAME TIME. This will unlock the programming sections. Repeat the process described above to lock the settings again to prevent unauthorized tampering.
